‍3. Quotes& Payments

• All moving estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on final service requirements.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms, which may include deposits, full payments before service, or other arrangements specified at     booking.
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
• Failure to complete payment may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

4.Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled move will not incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible.

5.Liability & Insurance

• We offer basic valuation coverage ($0.60 per pound per item) as part of our service.
• Additional insurance options are available upon request.
• Online Movers & Storage is not liable for damages resulting from improper packing by the customer, unforeseen circumstances, or items     of extraordinary value unless covered by additional protection.

6. CustomerResponsibilities

• Ensure accurate information is provided when booking services.
• Be available or assign a representative during the moving process.
• Secure fragile, high-value, or personal items separately.
• Comply with all building or HOA moving regulations.

7.Prohibited ItemsFor safety reasons, we do not transport:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives, flammable items)
• Perishable food
• Illegal substances
• Live animals or plants (unless specifically arranged)

8. DisputeResolution

‍Any disputes related to our services shallfirst be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall behandled in accordance with Florida state law.
