TERMS OF SERVICES

CRATES FOR RENT SERVICE | Last Updated: OCTOBER 18, 2023

Definitions:
- Company: ONLINE MOVERS AND STORAGE and its affiliates.
- Customer: Entity renting/purchasing equipment or products.
- Equipment and Services: Rental items including crate containers, carts, trucks, etc., and services agreed upon.
- Products: Supplies available for purchase.
General: All business with the Company adheres to these conditions. No variations allowed without written consent.
Equipment Condition: Company provides serviceable equipment. Customer must report damages or shortages within 24hrs. Equipment is intended for legal, non-hazardous use.
Collection & Delivery: Customer can collect equipment or request delivery (7-day notice, charges apply).
Returns: Equipment must be returned post-rental. Late returns incur charges.
Warranty: Equipment rented “as is”. No warranties implied. Company not liable for consequential losses. Customer is liable for misuse.
Charges: Rental charges begin on delivery. Charges apply for additional equipment requests.
Damages: Customer reports damages immediately. Repairs charged to the Customer if not due to wear and tear.
Payments: Due upon invoice receipt. Late payments incur interest. Returned check fee: $50.00.
Loss/Damage: Lost/damaged equipment billed at replacement value.
Non-Return Penalties: Charges apply for non-returned equipment.
Property Rights: Equipment remains Company’s property.
Service Agreement: Charges as per proposal. Changes documented and agreed upon.
Termination: For non-payment or insolvency.
Subleasing: Not allowed without written consent.
Assignment: Allowed with Company’s consent.
Company’s Rights: No waiver unless documented.
Joint Customers: Liabilities are joint and several.
Judgment: Customer empowers attorney for confession of judgment.
Jurisdiction: Governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in MIAMI DADE, FLORIDA.
