Welcome to Online Movers & Storage. By accessing and using our website (www.onlinemovers.miami) and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Online Movers & Storage offers professional moving and storage services, including:

  • Residential and commercial moving

  • Packing and unpacking

  • Junk and furniture removal

  • Home organizing

  • Additional services as detailed on our website

Service availability may vary by location and is subject to scheduling and resource availability.

3. Quotes & Payments

  • All moving estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change based on final service requirements.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms, which may include deposits, full payment prior to service, or other arrangements specified at booking.

  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move will not incur a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible.

5. Liability & Insurance

We provide basic valuation coverage ($0.60 per pound per item) in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. This is included in all moves at no additional cost.

Optional Valuation Protection Plans

We offer additional flat-rate valuation protection based on actual cash value (depreciated value). These plans are highly recommended for valuable belongings.

Terms of Coverage:

  • Coverage applies only to items professionally packed/unpacked and handled by Online Movers & Storage crew.

  • Excludes: pre-existing damage, self-packed items, perishables, plants, valuables (jewelry, cash, documents), and electronics not in original packaging.

  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic proof and receipts are required for any claim.

  • Each claim will be evaluated for repair, replacement, or reimbursement, based on current market value minus depreciation and applicable deductible.

  • Deductible applies per claim incident, not per item.

  • Clients who do not purchase additional protection remain covered only under the basic valuation of $0.60 per pound per item, regardless of the item’s actual value.

Online Movers & Storage is not liable for damages due to improper customer packing, unforeseen circumstances, or high-value items unless covered by an upgraded plan.


Electronics Coverage Disclaimer:

Electronic Devices Disclaimer (Performance Limitation):

Online Movers & Storage is not responsible for the internal performance or operability of electronic items such as televisions, computers, gaming consoles, stereo systems, printers, or similar devices, regardless of their external condition upon delivery.

All electronics must be:

Properly packed in their original manufacturer packaging, or Packed using professional packing materials by our trained team (if protection coverage was purchased). If these conditions are not met, claims related to non-functional or damaged electronics will not be honored.

Note: The functionality of electronics cannot be verified before the move, and liability is limited to visible external damage only.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when booking services.

  • Be present or designate a representative during the move.

  • Secure fragile, high-value, or personal items separately.

  • Follow all building or HOA moving rules and schedules.

7. Prohibited Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not transport:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, explosives, flammable substances)

  • Perishable food

  • Illegal substances

  • Live animals or plants (unless specifically arranged in advance)

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our services should first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
